Who would play Sara's Mom?

I have thought about this many times and I have a few actors I would pick, but Kate Jackson is the one that stands out the most to me. The face, the voice, the body, the hair......she could totally play Sara's Mom. It'd be great. Let's have mom come to the wedding or the birth of the geekbaby!

I always thought she did a great job to play abby Lockhart's mother in ER and the mom of Julia Roberts in Steel Magnolias.. Do you find this valuable? |

"Isn't her mom in prison for killing her dad?"Well, she WAS.....we don't know if she's out or not, alive or not...we know not alot about her. I did ask David Rambo once if we'd ever see Sara's Mom and it HAS been talked about........stay tuned, I guess. LOL Do you find this valuable? |

It happened when Sara was 12-ish, and in "No Humans Involved" Sara told one of the foster children that she was in the system for a little while. It didn't sound like she was in there for an extended amount of time due to her mom being in prison. Also in "Committed" Sara told Grissom her mom spent time in a mental hospital after she killed her dad. That indicates that she could have been found not guilty due to her mental state and/or self defense. Do you find this valuable? |

I do think Kate Jackson would be a good Laura Sidle. Sally Field isn't bad either, but they might not want to use someone that popular for that role. Whenever I see her now I always think of Mrs. Gump :-D
