"Grissom's Divine Comedy"- Grissom is called while he has walking pneumonia, in order to solve a gang case after the grand jury's witness is murdered.

By now you have all heard the joyous news that Jorja Fox is returning to CSI in Season 10, for the premiere and 4 other episodes.
There has been some speculation as to why William Petersen has not announced that he will appear in the first episode. I like to think that the powers that be are giving Jorja her moment in the spotlight, and finally showing the world what a treasure she is and how much the fans missed her. Their treatment of Jorja in the past was insulting; not giving her a consistent raise with the other actors, given that Sara was such an integral part of the show, and making her beg for her job back. Shame on them. If Sara suddenly reappeared at the lab with Grissom, she would only be his appendage, his sidekick, and she deserves better. I look forward to the season premiere with bated breath. Tell me what you think. How do you think the writers will explain Sara's sudden return from Costa Rica?
